Wilber Brothers Green-winged Teal
Solid redwood green-winged teal drake from the Wilber Brothers Company (Sacramento, CA) ca. 1926. When the Woodward’s Tule Lake Company ended in 1926 they sold to Sacramento furniture and boat manufacturing, Wilber Bros Mfg. Co. Their decoys are similar to those made by the Tule Lake Company. But, they are certainly more scarce. This is without question the nicest example I’ve offered. Paint is excellent and all original.
